Precedents ▲

PMP Impacto was established in 1979 in Cerdanyola del Vallès (Barcelona, Spain) by engineer Pere Carrascal Ribas, under the denomination PMP Carrascal, coming from a wide experience in the local industry.
The growth of local industry in the past years allowed PMP Impacto to participate and collaborate in many designing processes for industry and architecture.

What we do▲

Our office is dedicated to design construction projects, installation implementation projects for buildings, and permit applications. Moreover we are technical advisors in order to achieve the best results for our clients.
The engineers team is working in power station, heat, sanitary water, solar thermal heating, solar photovoltaics power, wind power implementation projects among others.

A good engineering design results in a successful, cost-effective project that contains a minimum of the problems that can lead to change orders, higher costs, and project delays. To achieve excellence in design, PMP Impacto employs talented engineers with years of experience in their respective disciplines.
Principal of the firm work closely with our project teams to guarantee that all our design projects reflect the highest level of expertise as well as the utmost attention to detail.

To further ensure that our designs meet client needs, several reviews with the project owner and staff are conducted prior to release for bidding. In addition, we are able to draw upon our good working relationship with many local contractors to prepare sound estimates of construction costs for the projects we design.

The architecture team is working in public buildings, office buildings, housing, renovations, refurbishment, schools, urban planning, construction and site management, permit applications...

We follow changes in governmental regulations and we know the technologies needed to meet those regulations that will be best for our clients and best for the environment. We develop projects that are as flexible as possible so that they will be easier to adapt to changing standards and regulations.

In all our practice we emphasize on serious sustainable design in urban planning and buildings.
We create detailed plans to implement sustainable values in all our building designs both newly built and refurbishment, and strive to create methods to renovate old energy consuming buildings in a direction that reduces energy and electricity consumption.
